The following photographs should not have taken were it not for elizondarra a great photographer who taught me. And is that this small waterfall is located in a place that never entered my mind to go. Amid weeds and mud, one finds here. It ranks among the district Berro (Elizondo) and Beartzun, 10 minutes from the town center, next to the old hydroelectric Baztán Hall.

A tragic crash of a French-registered aircraft killed the three occupants at noon on October 12 2010. The plane, manufactured in 1978 and DR400-180 model, was one of the 14 planes that were part of a charity rally Raid Latecoere "to raise funds for African schools. It departed from Marseilles, but before reaching Salamanca (which is where the day's ending) should stop at Hondarribia Airport to refuel. According to several witnesses and Azpilkueta Amaiur area at the time of the accident it was raining lightly and there was plenty of fog in the area, also heard a rough engine noise of the device and slightly disoriented, until it suddenly stopped listening. Apparently, a hunter gave notice to 112 to find the wreckage.
The accident took place on the slopes of Mount Alkurruntz, very close to the N-121-B that binds to Dantxarinea Elizondo.
